β οΈ Land and government property watch
Welcome to Realta Care Land Watch & Market Intelligence.
We track land prices, market trends, rental yields, and buyer safety alerts for Ruiru, Kiambu County, and Kenya.
This section helps you understand where land values are rising, what to check before buying, and how to avoid restricted public land.
All information is for general guidance. Always verify with the Ministry of Lands, the National Land Commission, and your advocate.
Public land cannot be sold by private people
Public land in Kenya belongs to the people of Kenya. This includes roads, road reserves, riparian reserves, forests, schools, markets, rivers, wetlands, and land held by government bodies, county governments, and public institutions.
Public land CANNOT be sold by private individuals. Before buying, confirm the land is not public, riparian, or road reserve and that the seller has legal authority to sell.
If you are unsure, request official records and consult the Ministry of Lands.
